It is so cold out there this morning, I can only think that Lois Lane has died and Superman is spinning the Earth backwards on its axis to January to wake her up again.

we just had a flurry of snow in Deptford, SE London... weird.

I saw a ten minute flurry down here in Hampshire at about half eleven. The Met office seemed to have neglected to mention it was coming though:rolleyes:

It is 13-53 here in Meanwood and yet another batch of hailstones. My wife and i got shut of a load of garden waste and rubbish to the local tip.10-00 til 11-30 it took us.Then over to Wickes for some path edging and concrete mix.Since we got back the day has got worse. At least it was dry and sunny and just a bit cold. This weather is just stupid.

Put out the old Weather station in the back out of the sun 3-4 days ago
To me it felt a chilly day but I got 15C, but the humidity was only 45%!
For Lancashire that's a bit low (understatement)
Thing are beginning to go along the lines of last year: coolish but very dry,
till mid August then a bit of sun; then in October non stop rain all Winter.

Ooo to in be in England now that Spring is here.

Never mind, the arctic air is due to drift away by the end of the weekend. To be replaced by this nasty looking wet and windy stuff (more so for us in the north west, AGAIN!!!!). There also appears to be a large condom floating in the middle of the Atlantic .

I take my hat off to you dedicated cyclists who go out in all weathers, whether by choice or not. I have all but given up. I don't enjoy getting frozen, wet, or blown backwards - so I choose not to bother these days. I have kept my bikes in the off chance that we might actually get a nice summer this year, but I don't hold out much hope. Crap weather has become the norm in the UK now. :surrender:
