This is really silly I normally don't give inanimate things names-for instance -I have never named my cars :so I have two giants deft's-a zero and 3 upgraded with 105 shifters and mechs and a triple chain set -makes for easy bike fit. The older bike (the defy 3) gets called Dennis- cos it seems to have attitude- the defy 0 gets called" little giant"-Do not ask me why-I can't explain It!
It just a bit of fun, but I know people do name their cars and biked just curious really.
Like I said a bit of fun

The Kettwiesel got named Tirpitz by a friend. Because it's big Grey and German.
The Trail is known variously as the yellow one or the little one.

I call my Sirrus, "Sirrus Hybrida". I was reading a book about the Roman empire and came across a character called Hybrida (he was Mark Antony's uncle), so I thought instead of calling it the Sirrus, or the hybrid, I would call it Sirrus Hybrida because so many Roman names end with the letters "us", and Hybrida is a slight variation of Hybrid......not sure whether that is deep, or just sad....

I call my Defy "Defly" because it flies along compared to Sirrus Hybrida; the Ribble is called "the one I haven't told the wife about" because I bought it in June and haven't had the bottle to tell her yet, but I am sure she has worked it out by now anyway, and my MTB is called "the old Rockhopper" because I have had it for just under 20 years now.
