So I needed my windscreen replacing and was given a time of between 8am and midday. Do you know what time he arrived? Five minutes to 12! So technically, he was within his allocated time-span BUT the job takes one hour, which takes us up to 1pm and then the car cannot be driven for another hour to ensure the bonding has become properly effected so that takes us to 2pm before I can go out to work! Had this been done in a more timely fashion, I could have been on my merry way by 10am so now I've been robbed of four hours!
