Planning to try it later.
Canned baby boiled potato's.
Dry off, coat in oil.
Sprinkle with herbs **
Fry with piccolo tomatoes.
Serve with sliced ham.
** for herbs I am thinking Italian seasoning and maybe Paprika.....other suggestions welcome.
