Have i invented a new meal ?

I got suddenly hungry and could decide what to do. I openened the freezer and decided on.......
Potato waffles with an omelette on top.
The omelette was basic with Italian seasoning and black pepper.
It was rather yummy.

Sounds nice but I prefer a runny yolk in such meals so a couple of poached eggs next time?

In terms of inventing a new actual meal, I have invented a meal between brunch and lunch. It's called lbrunch.

We have just done a big food shop so the fridge and cupboards are full. But I still could not find anything quick and easy to eat. I went for a bagel, and a simple omelette, with a sausage (cut in half for faster cooking) and then found that everything falls out of the hole in the middle. I don't mind a bagel but I find it quite hard to fill with anything solid. Maybe jam and peanut butter next time, or simply stick to good old spread and marmite

I did think that, but that's just a variation of the meal between breakfast and lunch.....brunch. It needed to be clear that is it brunch and lunch. We had a focus group......
