No, it's not just for being naked. The man may be technically sane but he has a long history of being an attention-seeking tosspot. If he just wandered around the hills or the lanes nobody would care, but that's not what he does - he deliberately puts himself about in places where he knows that many people will be offended. In Scotland? Brave of you. I once went swimming in Loch Lomond. Naked of course.There seems to be a theme here relating to a desire to strip off and immerse yourself in water. Which is exactly what I've done at least once, in a pool in a river on a hillside in Scotland.
