I managed to get the headset of my project and need to replace it. I looked around and I think its a 1 1/8th threaded headset having measured across the top nut. Is this how its measured?

Also seems to be a huge variance in price across the board, obviously qualities vary but what shouldn't I be looking at?

Will the kit include the top nut, the threaded spacer, washer and 2 sets of bearings?

Will this do the job or to cheap?

Threaded headsets are usually 1". The price variation is down to quality of the bearing. Cartridge bearings are more expensive - and longer lasting and less servicing. Yes the kit will include all the parts you need
