Taking it easy to start though.
What are the NHS ding? What treatment/medication/plan have they advised?
I had a similar thing (and I was on a bike) and was stented and on Beta-blockers etc. Surely they have a plan for you?

My boss is a 'first responder' and reckons these days the treatment you receive following a heart attack has a very positive impact on your life from that point onwards.

Had one on Monday morning, all good at the moment
Feeling pretty good considerig, anyone else had one
How long before you were back in the saddle,been told
It is a month of work and no driving,
Bit of a bummer as I had a few rides planned,but it is all on hold
Must say I am well impressed with the nhs, never thought I would say that.

youve had a heart attack and your looking to see how long before back in the saddle!! im just glad your ok, get right first mate and good luck

i wish you a swift recovery,and listen to the health care professionals ,they will get you well and able to ride again again any thing is achievable you just need to get there slowly and stage by stage,good luck mate

Get well soon. I have a friend with a stent and he is back climbing steep hills and kicking my a** but it was a steady slow recovery with careful attention to medical advice.
