Dogtrousers

Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
It confused me too because I thought that we were in the RHR one!

So did I.

I'll stop now.

By way of an update, when I view the ride stats on the Zepp app - my full ride heart rate graph is displayed - yet between being uploaded from the Zepp app to Strava - the last quarter of my heart rate graph is being omitted 🤔 This indicates that maybe the issue lies with Strava - if so, what heart rate related option in Strava or on the iPhone could be causing the issue - hhmmnn...

It’s not Strava. It’s something about Zeppelin/Amazfit.

This has been happening to me for a few years. The last 25% of my activities don’t have heart rate or cadence data in Strava, even though I can see the full data in Zepp.

And now the same thing is happening when I sync my AmazFit activities to intervals.icu. So the problem must be that Zepp only exports the first 75% of the heart rate and cadence data to external applications.

Interestingly, the full pace and elevation data is sent to Strava and intervals.icu. But it’s irritating now, because intervals.icu relies on heart rate data to compute the load and fatigue that you are building up over your training sessions.

Thanks for the reply - very interesting. The issue for me only started happening about 12 months ago - before that it was fine, no issues displaying all data - including heart rate data. As you say, all heart rate data is displayed on the Zepp iPhone app - so it seems that the issue relates to the Zepp / Strava connection, rather than a Amazfit issue.
I've looked at my Strava settings and there's nothing obvious that jumps out as being problematic. I think it may be connected with Strava and the heart rate / health data settings on the phone? Thoughts?

I also thought it was Strava, but it can’t be. Like I said, I recently signed up with intervals.icu, and I configured it to pull data directly from my Amazfit account. As the attached image shows, the last quarter of my pace, heart rate, and cadence data is a flat line. Just like in Strava. So the problem is not with Strava, since the same thing happens on both Strava and intervals.icu.

Also, I went back and checked and you were right. My full heart data was sent to Strava on August 11, 2025…but the last quarter was missing for the activity on August 14, 2025. So Amazfit must have made an update to their software in early August 2025 that broke the data transfer to other apps.

Just to confuse things even more - I was looking at a freind's cycling stats on Strava and was surpised to see that the last quarter of her Heart Rate stats were also flatlined!! She's using a Garmin Edge 1030. Have also looked at her ride stats for the ride before and the HR stats flatlines at about 50% - wow! Maybe this issue is bigger than I thought and the common denominator is Strava - whether it's Amazfit (Zepp) or Garmin - hhhmmnn 🤔
