Purchased some Heaven Bread from my local worldwide market store and decided on googling the company

The bread is absolutely gorgeous though a quick google shows this here

How are they still trading and should I be worried?

The rating is based on three categories. The first is the food hygiene practices, the second is structure and cleanliness of the premises and the third is the food safety management systems.
Looking at the breakdown of the rating they are not good in any of the categories. Although this is a bad rating, they will have been told what needs to be done and checks will be made to make sure improvements are made sooner rather than later. If the business is still trading give it about four weeks . By then they should have improved. They won't be able to get a better rating for 4 to 6 months.

I try buying local as much as possible, small independent stores/local made food, though this has shocked me, from now on Im checking all my food purchases
