I bought a second hand Hed wheel and took the hub apart for a service.
When the freehub came off the 4 bits of what looked like the remains of a wafer thin washer were attached to the hub so I emailed Hed for a replacement.
The message was sent over a weekend and reply received the next Monday morning which is truly good service.
(the metal "bits" were in fact shims to fine tune the truing of the wheel.)
