Hello : )
Started cycling to get fit (+lose weight!) in March sometime. Am now a proper addict, having heeded the advice of someone who said do anything for 21 days and you'll from a habit!
Currently cycling on a narrow tyred hybrid, gone clipless (only fell off once! : (
Am averaging 10 - 25 miles per trip, 3 or 4 times a week.
Nice to be here, for advice and help, and whatever else
