Hello!

I have been away for some time, gained some weight and got married. After reviewing my many hobbies i have dropped them all apart from my love of cycling which i will expand on! So i am going to get fit, ride a lot and think about joining a cycle club.

Any how, hello all...

There's plenty good miles to be found (heading out of Bedfordshire * ) so that'll get you fit!
Seriously, joining a club is a good thing and will improve your cycling better than anything else.


*Lived in Wilden for 6 yrs, so know the area and there are plenty good roads.
