Hi all.
Just looked in to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. After browsing this superb forum for a number of weeks, I thought it was time to actually get more involved.
I'm called Phil, and I'm 58
! My cycling ended when I was a youngster and after having some nice petrol toys over the years, I've finally come back to cycling, both to keep fit and enjoy a new circle of friends. My petrolhead mates don't get it but, well, that's for them to work out 
. I bought a Globe hybrid a couple of years ago ( £100 off in a certini sale) and it seems to have got me more and more into enjoying cycling again.
I'll post a new thread in the "bikes" section in a mo asking for advice on a new intended purchase, but for now, HOWDY !

. I'm down near Saltash I'm afraid. Bude is a bit too far for me to go on 2 wheels I reckon. 50 miles for you experienced guys is one thing, but for me.....
