Hello everyone - first post from me.
42year old, finally had to hang up my football boots this year, determined not to descend into a middle-aged lardar$e so to keep active I did the way of the roses route in May for charity. This re-ignited my love of cycling, I can now usually be spotted at weekends huffing and puffing my way round the roads of south Cumbria. Will also ride to Coniston for cake!
