Hello from Daventry!

Well- from my first spin class that just about killed me!! I am now hooked!!
Just bought my first bike- Trek 4300.

First trip out- I erm.... fell off!!!
Second trip out- I got at least 4 punctures on each tyre!!! (I managed to find a track with a hell of a lot of thorns!!!)

But I am not put off...yet!

Have quickly realised I have many questions to ask- and may need to do some browsing around the forum for answers!

Am looking forward to spending some time on here- when I'm not nursing bruises or repairing punctures!!!

There are a few things to learn like don't cycle over thorns but I'm sure you'll learn to love it before the problems overcome the enthusiasm.

Surviving falls and punctures is all part of the attraction of cycling, but it doesn´t seem to have put you off! Well done.

Enjoy the forum, but there´s a risk you´ll do more miles on here than on the roads!
