Hello from Dover

Hi all, started cycling again two months after many years off. Slowly building up strength and losing fat!! I have purchased a Hybrid bike a Raleigh Grande cheap and cheerful, but will do for now. Just got back from a ride from Dover to Whitstable a 50 mile round trip knees ache a bit but otherwise ok.
