Hello from Kent

Hi Everyone,

I'm from Kent and recently bought a brand new road bike which I hope to use frequently. I'm actually looking to do some training and hopefully complete a tour from London to Gibraltar in the next few months. If anyone has any advice/expertise in touring I would be very interested to hear your experiences (plus I'm sure I will have a lot of questions soon enough!)

Hey welcome from myself in Maidstone. What part of Kent are you from?

In all parts of Kent there are good places to train which are not too busy traffic wise and are very scenic!

Hi Harry, another Kent resident here (Sittingbourne).

Keep us informed on your trip to Gib please - I'm hoping to do a similar trip (Plymouth - Gib 1000m?) next year for charity so any advice on routes etc would be most welcome
