hi everybody, mid forties bloke here, been cycling for about six years now, but in october last year doctors told me not to do any exercise for awhile. finally got the all clear to cycle again mid june. all though i really missed it i'm struggling to find the willpower to get out again. thought joining and reading this forum might give me the jolt i need to ride again!
