Hello from Margate

Hi all,
My name Is David, I'm 38 and I live just outside Margate in Kent.
I have been commuting to work on an old hand-me-down mountain bike for the past year or so and have really enjoyed it. In fact I have enjoyed it so much I have treated myself to a new road bike in the hope I can step it up a notch.
I will have plenty of daft newbie questions for you all.....please be gentle!

Hi David, I'm just round the corner from you in Dover and often ride to Ramsgate have a coffee at the Lookout then ride home again!!! Long way for a cheap coffee!! 38 a! That's only 30 years younger than me, but who's counting!
