Hello from Middlesbrough

Hi there

Just got new bike 3 weeks ago to try and lose some weight and get fitter,
but not been on one for for 32 years .
started commuting to work only 12 mile round trip but loving every minute of it
hope to get some good advice on various things, and will no doubt i`ll be posting loads of newbie questions.
