Packed up smoking 6 years ago, got back on the bike 3 years ago, this year is my big one - LEJOG in 8 days in May, all on my lonesome!!!

Only found the forum yesterday and really impressed!!!

Plenty to get stuck into here and plenty of advice on the end to end stuff.

Good luck with your challenge, but build your distances up gradually so as to avoid a blow-out! Eight days is going some, but I'm sure you'll be up for it!

I am, although not that active with them, I do the occasional Sunday ride due to work, however will do a lot more during the Summer when Castle Combe is back in use!!
