I grew up near you in Cricklade during the 1970s.

I remember fishing a little pond in Minety that was populated with the most aggressive ducks I've ever come across!

Yes the pond is still there and is full of wildlife. The pub is doing well too (The Vale of the White Horse).

Hi I am just down the road from you in Wet Chippenham.

A group of Archaeological students used to go out there in the 90's on Saturdays on a dig. Found a lot of pottery!
