What sort of bike have you got and what sort of rides do you like?

I have been riding agen for about six months all on the road I used to to a fair bit of off road but stopped a few years ago . I have still got my Santa crux heckler MTB . I started riding my old road bike (a trek slr its fitted with a ultegra group set) to try and loose weight and get fit after I was put on blood pressure and colestrol pills .
I lost two and a half stones and worked up to 50 mile rides so I treat my self to a specialised roubaix elite full carbon it's my summer bike so tucked away for now . I haven't been out much in the bad weather and dark nights but did get 20 miles in yesterday . To be honest haven't been out for about 7 weeks I must try harder need to loose the Christmas pounds
