Hello from not so sunny Dorset

Hi Guys,
I'm Steve and I live in rural Dorset on the outskirts of Sherborne. Moved down here from Croydon about 12 years ago and have never looked back. Only recently got back into this malarkey, for years I've just been riding around town on a big old heavy 'Barracuda' mountain bike. I decided on a whim to buy a road bike a couple of weeks ago and have been amazed at just how much easier it is. I decided on the 'Giant Defy 4 triple' in white and blood red and I'm very happy with it. I'm very lucky living down here as there are some lovely country lanes to ride around and very little traffic. Anyway enough of my waffle and no doubt I'll be asking lots of dumb questions over the coming months..
