Hi there from Nottingham

lets see if this year i can shift my beer gut .At 41 just seems to have got one over the last year or two ,1st time on the bike in 9 years and trying to get out every other day on the MTB most miles done on the lanes round and about. With the odd run and free wights.

going to do my best to get back in shape,for the summer not been on my mtb for years as i have be running 10ks but running is soooooooooo dull.

If i get some spare cash i may have to get a road bike as there are 2 clubs that meet at the end of my street and this would help with getting back in shape cheers

Go for it mate i came back to cycling after maybe 10 years + break and even though i am the same age i can be as fast as before , do not let the young naysayers put you off .Just overtake them
