As its been half term for my son we have been out twice, 33 and 17 miles and hoping to be out tomorrow. Weather forecast looks good so a nice long ride is on the cards. If you are riding this weekend have a good time.

Hi Mista Preston, and thanks for your welcome. We got Adams link via Bromley cyclists, first training ride completed and very enjoyable it was too. In the last week we have managed a total of 76 miles, so we are putting saddle time in. Now looking forward to Adams second training session. We have really caught the cycling bug.

A good bunch the Bromley Cyclists. My first long ride after getting back on the bike after 20 years was with them.

Ive been on the site for over a week now and have found it to be a valuable source of information. Ive even managed a few postings myself.
Its so nice to look through the threads and see how others have progressed with their cycling and the various issues they have raised. Its almost addictive as cycling itself. Good luck all.
