Hi all, just thought I'd say hello. I've been looking to buy a decent-ish bike for some while now to help keep my fitness levels up. My job is pretty sedentry most of the time so a bike is a good way to blow some of the old cobwebs away hopefully!

Don't know much about bikes, but I've looked around the forums and took the plunge at the weekend and bought a 55cm Bianchi c2c via Nirone 7 in Azzurro Blue. it's about 8 months old and is mint having been hardly ever used. Paid £312 for it from Ebay and picked it up Saturday morning.

I understand that it's at best a beginners bike, but is it a reasonable choice for starters, and is that a reasonable price to pay? As an aside, I need to get a set of lights for it- any suggestions?

Cheers!
