Hello to all

Just started cycling as a way to get fit and lose some weight. Started of with an exercise bike indoors and realised how daft it was going nowhere.

Got a second hand bike of ebay which included a turbo trainer (Just in case Im lured back into the conservatory.)

Very happy so far, having only completed four rides. Twenty miles on Friday which was great but hard.

Looking forward to advice from site members.

Hello David and welcome to CC. You're not far from lots of cycle routes in Prudhoe so there'll be plenty for you to explore while you're getting fit.

The twenty miles will soon get easier!
