Hi all a returning middle ager to cycling after 32 years.

I recently bought a Claud Butler Roubaix hence my username, I know it's only an entry level machine but aftrr just 4 weeks I have to say that I bloomin well love it.
Been building up my miles from 3, 6, 10 then up to 16. When I broke 20 I went alon to z liva club anf ha so far done a couple of 33 mile rides.
At the moment everything is new to me and feel very naive but I hope you will be gentle and welcoming to me :-)
