Hi there folks, newbie here from South Wales, been cycling for about 7 years now, done a fair bit of mtbing, also have a oldish road bike that I use for commuting and a bit of road riding when I can get out!

He He, when I looked back at my previous posts (not many as you can see!), I've already posted a 'Hi from S Wales' topic, just it was a while back.
