Hello from Suffolk

Hi

I'm new to this forum. I've been cycling for years, but more so recently, and really want to get more into it. I've managed a 27 mile round trip in one go so far but I'm aiming to cycle Coast to Coast in a Day next year (150 miles).

I think I'll be using this site a lot for tips and advice between now and next June!

Hi Laura, I just did my first 28-miler at the weekend. Difference is that I don't have an ambition to do a long-haul ride just yet. Anyway, welcome - you'll get lots of advice here (and a lot of b*ll*x to be fair, but I'm sure you can filter that!).
