Hello from sunny Leicester

Hi I'm just looking to upgrade my old bike to a shinny, fast, sparkly new one...any ideas? I currently have a ladies Raleigh Tundra very heavy and not very sparkly. I've just been to my lbs and have my eye on a Claud Butler Urban 400 which they have on sale for £299. Does anyone have an opinion on this bike? I really will just be using it for fair weather cycling to and from uni every day which is about 4 miles each way and a bit of weekend family cycling. Thanks

hello from dark but cloudless leicester - bike wise it depends on the sort of cycling you,ll be doing most. I'm not familiar witht the urban but would advise you pto look at a few different bikes and get the one which suits you best. which is you lbs btw? anyway have fun and happy cycling - theres quite a few nice routes round Leicester.
