Was that using the reservoirs tracks, past Threipmur/Harlaw and Clubbiedean/Torduff ? They make a nice little offroad loop from Balerno.

Yes it was. I follow the path along the braid burn, cut through Bonaly, past the reservoirs and back down the hill to Balerno. As for that small but steep hill between torduff & clubbiedean....

I hope as my fitness improves, it wont feel so bad on the lungs.
