My name is Rhys I'm new to cyclechat,

I've been riding for many years, mountain bikes initially but started road riding about three years ago, and now do a bit of both.

I'm originally from south Wales but now live and work in Southampton.

Hope I'll find some usefull info on your site and maybe offer some advice to those who may need It!
