Just a hello from Ken sitting here at my desk on Tyneside.
I've just started cycle commuting - 15 miles from Birtley to Whitley Bay. The first 2 miles is the worst - really steep hill, but once over the top its fine.
I'm looking forward to getting rid of a couple of stone during my commuting and have already been lifted by the video of the 39stone cyclist - I feel like a cheat cos I'm only starting at 16stone 12lbs!
Advice on healthy eating for commuting/weight loss and stretches for cyclists would be most welcome.
