Hi, I'm a regular weekend cyclist, mainly love to plod my way around typically 30 mile country rides. I've just found this forum and have to say it appears very friendly and knowledgeable. New year and I think its time to improve on my fitness and increase distances of my rides and aim for a sportive or two whilst shifting a few of those unwanted pounds.
