The last time I rode a bike Margaret Thatcher was Prime minister.
Now I need to get a bit fitter and lose a bit of weight and having been thinking about it for a while have finally bought a cycle. Luckily for me there is a very good LBS who have been very willing to share knowledge and advice to help me get started.
Cycles have certainly moved on over the years!
