hi there everyone my name is Allan i live in port glasgow i have done some cycling years ago when i was younger...i want to get back into cycling again as i am carrying to much weight i am a type 2 diabetic which is getting worse & i am on 5 tablets daily..so i hope its not to late to late to get some fitness back again...i dont have a road bike at the moment so i will have to do with my mountain bike..i have done a few cycles from paisley
to port glasgow on the cycle track...great site by the way....atb Allan

The path from Paisley to Kilwinning is also a nice run. You can get the train back to Paisley if needed.
