Hi everyone. My name is Andy and i'm getting back into cycling , although i've had my bike for a few years , it's a Giant Defy 4. I have been more of a runner than a cyclist over the last few years but a couple of decent injuries and the fact that i'm now the wrong side of 50 means i've got to rethink my fitness goals and how i'm going to achieve them. I'm in SW Wales, so there are plenty of Mountains around where I live and cycling is very popular around these parts :-)
