Hello from West Laaaaaaaandan, LaLaLa! Been lurking for a while but took the plunge and signed up to this great website!My Mountain Bike only used to come out in the summer once or twice a week for the commute to work but recently convinced myself to get some fitness under my belt. So I'm trying to stick to the plan of running during lunch-break Mons & Fri's and cycle to work on Weds ( 22 mile round-trip ) Yesterday was my 2nd Weds for cycling and was definately better than the 1st weeks.Luckily a cycle lane runs along the A road but it's no problem joining the road & dealing with roundabouts. In fact getting to work was quicker than riding home last night and it's usually faster on the way home. Anyways that's enough of that! Thanks for listening!
