I live in West Sussex after moving from South Yorkshire just over two years ago. I've been cycling around eight years.

I live near Arundel so need to head into the downs to get some hills. I ride with some guys out of Rowands Castle, and also with the Royal Marines Association Cycle Club (but I'm not an ex RM).

Any ride north and you cannot avoid some sort of hill !!
