All that way on chopper, also impressed as the foregoing comments. Don't you get rude comments from kids along the way? And how do you get a comfortable riding position on something designed for a twelve year old?

I also have penchant for old retro steel racers, which one do you have?

Rude comments from kids, quite the opposite normally, usually it's the "cool Ride" nice wheels" comments from kids. Cycle past a busy pub on a summers day & it's the "is it real" "how much did that cost".
As for comfortable position I think I must be Chopper shaped, the 100 mile ride I did was my longest ever & the bike & seat were perfect. Ok I did fit a longer seat post but mostly to fit my water bottle to as I didn't want to drill the original.
Racer, nothing even remotely exotic only a Elswick Puma 12 speed.
