Hi, have just joined the forum.

I do road cycling but am also into indoor spinning and am after some dedicated spinning shoes with SPD cleats.

Would appreciate some advice on what to buy - budget £50-£115. I assume mountain bike shoes for ease of walking?

Any firm recommendations?

Thanks

Specialized Tahoe, quality shoes with a walkable sole. I have the older model and wear them when I know my day on a bike will require some walking.

Shoes? Spinning classes get hot.

Why not try some Shimano SPD sandals? https://www.bikeradar.com/gear/article/shimano-spd-sandals-52190/

I have a really old, dirt cheap pair of Muddy Fox from Sports Direct, surprisingly comfortable. Done the job for the past few years but are starting to get to the point where they will fall apart, the corrosive abilities of my sweat is quite amazing.

I bought some cheap, old, but good quality shoes from ebay just for gym use. I was fed up with having to clean my muddy MTB shoes all the time.
