    hey all I'm Tony from Liverpool,

    I have been on and off bikes for about 10 years but after weeks of xboxing and getting sick for the first time in years I promise my self no more fat A$$ guy time to get fit

    So bike for work and other transport needs and started in door rock climbing. (bike ride home is a killer)
    So yeah hi.

    I remember loving rock climbing when I was a teen, got too much junk in the trunk these days :smile:. Plus I remember rock climbing hurting my fingers!

    Thanks for the welcomes, yeah rock climbing does hurt the fingers at first but it gets easier and if u keep ur hands dry ur fingers should stay cut free.

    The reason I do it is to Build up the upper body. At the moment I climb indoors and the at lot of walls that don't use much arm muscle. Maybe something to try.
