Hi babytiger, I took up cycling to strengthen my knee - I go skiing and you really have to be pretty evened-out both sides - I kept falling over on my left leg! I started cycling, even though it's only a few miles a week, and it's made a huge difference, so I'm sure you'll do well.

I cycle a round trip of 7 miles between 3 and 5 times a week.
