Hello everyone,

My name is Chris. Very new to forums, but I am keen to spread what knowledge I do have of cycling, and hopefully pick up some good ideas form you lovely people.

To kick things off, I am planning on cycling London to Paris in August in under 24 hours, and then to head from Paris to Nice over a 7/8 days. This is my first long distance tour, so any information on route, equipment, nutrition would be very much appreciated.
