Hello and welcome hoppym27. You will find plenty of good advice here, although you may need to be a bit more specific with regard to what type of advice you need. What sort cycling are you planning to do ?

Thanks...all I intend to do at the moment is tour round the cycleways of Manchester and the north west...not going near any roads...ive bought a cheap bike to start with.. a BSA westcoast city/hybrid bike...seems pretty solid
