I have been cycling occasionly for several years mostly on the road but for past about 4 years mostly off road around Mount Leinster and river bank tracks also MTB trails in Glencullen adventure park and Bike Park Ireland. I do most of my own maintinance. I mostly ride Marin rift zone 3.
