Helmet Mounted Light

I'm currently in the market for a light to attach to the top of my helmet. I've seen a light that has the front/rear lights combined into the one unit, I've only got a small picture but I can't find out what model it is.

If anyone knows what they're called, it would be appreciated!

I'd agree with that. My son uses one, it provides no illumination whatsoever but it's well placed to make him visible.
